Biography

Dr. Jonathan Cheng is a board-certified radiation oncologist with more than 15 years of experience in advanced medical care. He currently serves as the Medical Director of New Horizons Wellness Center & Medispa in Spring, TX, where he combines his medical expertise with a commitment to patient-centered wellness and skin health.

He earned his B.S. in Biochemistry from UCLA as a Regents Scholar and Phi Beta Kappa member, followed by dual M.D. and Ph.D. degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the USC Keck School of Medicine, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha.

Dr. Cheng completed his internship in Internal Medicine at UCLA Olive View Medical Center and residency in Radiation Oncology at UC Irvine Health and City of Hope, serving as Chief Resident from 2009–2010.

Since 2010, Dr. Cheng has practiced in Texas, including Greater Houston Radiation Oncology, Golden Triangle Radiation Oncology, Clear Skin Cancer Center, and Genesis Medical Group. His expertise includes IMRT, brachytherapy, and image-guided radiation therapies. He has published research on rectal cancer and head and neck cancer outcomes, and is dedicated to advancing precision oncology.
