About Our Shenandoah Wellness Center
New Horizons Wellness Center and MediSpa is a wellness and aesthetic practice in Shenandoah, Texas, near Spring and The Woodlands. It is led by Emile Kettle, PA, the Center Director, and Dr. Jonathan Cheng, MD, PhD, a board-certified physician who serves as Medical Director. That pairing is the point: a longtime physician assistant running the day-to-day care, with a physician standing behind the medical side.
What we do
We care for men and women across two connected areas. On the wellness side, we offer medically supervised weight management with GLP-1 medication and InBody body-composition scans, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and treatments like PRP and sermorelin. On the aesthetic side, we offer Botox and dermal fillers, Candela Profound RF and Venus Bliss skin tightening, laser hair removal, microneedling, and HydraFacials.
Our approach
Weight management here is monitored, not just prescribed, with scans every three months to make sure you keep muscle while you lose fat. Injectables are done by a physician assistant with nearly thirty years of experience, which is why patients describe the treatments as gentle and stay with us for years.
