Physician-supervised from your first visit. We start with comprehensive labs (CBC, Chem 14, TSH, A1C, and Lipid panel), a full body composition analysis, and a one-on-one consultation. Most patients see weight or inches lost within the first week.
GLP-1/GIP Dual Agonist Therapy
GLP-1 receptor agonists, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, are the most significant advancement in medical weight loss in years. At NHM Wellness, we prescribe and monitor GLP-1 therapy in-house. Most patients lose between 15% and 20% of their body weight over six to twelve months.
Botox

Take Research Forest Drive east to I-45, then head north briefly to Exit 77. About 10-12 minutes depending on traffic.
