What is The Treatment Like When Receiving Botox at NHWC?

When you come in, we’ll cleanse the target areas such as your forehead, between your eyebrows, around your eyes, and neck bands may apply a numbing agent, though most patients find Botox injections very tolerable with just a tiny pinch. Using a fine needle, our provider will inject the neurotoxin into specific muscles while you sit comfortably. Because of our experience, each injection only takes a few seconds. You’ll typically receive multiple small injections in one session – the exact number depends on your treatment plan (for example, treating forehead lines and crow’s feet involves several injection points).

The entire appointment often lasts only about 15 to 30 minutes, making Botox an excellent “lunchtime procedure”. There’s minimal discomfort – you might feel a slight pinch or pressure, but it subsides quickly. What Can I Expect After Botox Injections?

Those frown lines or crow’s feet will gradually fade as the underlying muscles relax. Results typically last about 3–4 months before muscle movement slowly returns. Longevity does vary from person to person based on metabolism and lifestyle. Some individuals may enjoy 5+ months of improvement, especially with regular treatments.
