Medical Weight Loss Programs Designed for Spring, TX Residents

We see a lot of Spring patients who are balancing demanding work schedules, family responsibilities, and the reality that their metabolism has shifted. Post-pregnancy weight that never fully came off, gradual gain from years at a desk, or frustration with programs that produced short-term results and long-term rebound: these are the patterns we hear about most from this community.

Our medical weight loss programs are structured to address those patterns with clinical tools, not willpower alone. Every program begins with a comprehensive panel of bloodwork and a one-on-one evaluation. We check thyroid function, metabolic markers, hormone levels, and other indicators that reveal why your body is holding onto weight. From there, our Center Director Emile Kettle, PA, and Medical Director Dr. Jonathan Cheng, M.D., Ph.D., build a protocol tailored to your lab results and lifestyle.

Personalized, physician-supervised treatments tailored to your goals.

Dermal Fillers

GLP-1 receptor agonists, specifically Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, have changed what is possible for patients who could not lose weight through diet and exercise modifications alone. What makes our approach different from online prescribers is the monitoring. We track your progress with follow-up labs, adjust dosing based on your response, and manage side effects directly.

HydraFacials

Living in the Spring area means year-round sun exposure, and that cumulative UV damage shows up as brown spots, redness, broken capillaries, and uneven skin tone. IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) therapy treats these issues by delivering broad-spectrum light into the skin. We perform IPL treatments using our Spectrum Laser by Rohrer.

Weight Management

If you have never visited a med spa before, a HydraFacial is one of the best places to start. This treatment uses a patented vortex suction device to cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate the skin in a single 30-minute session. There is no downtime, no peeling, and no redness for most patients.

Microneedling

Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin using the DR. Pen M8S device, which triggers your body's natural wound-healing response. When we combine microneedling with PRP (platelet-rich plasma), the growth factors accelerate healing and amplify results. Spring patients often notice improvement within four to six weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

Did your practice move from Spring?

A:

Our office was previously located near the Rayford Road area in Spring. We relocated to 150 Pine Forest Drive, Suite 401 in Shenandoah, which is approximately 15 minutes north. All of our services, providers, and patient records transferred to the new location. Spring residents continue to make up a significant part of our patient base.

Q:

What weight loss programs do you offer for Spring residents?

A:

We offer medically supervised weight loss that includes comprehensive lab work, GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide), HCG protocols, nutritional counseling, and ongoing monitoring. Your program is built around your bloodwork results, health history, and goals.

Q:

What is the best treatment for sun-damaged skin in Texas?

A:

IPL photofacial therapy is one of the most effective treatments for sun-related damage like brown spots, redness, and broken capillaries. For deeper texture issues or fine lines caused by UV exposure, we may recommend microneedling with PRP or a combination approach.

Q:

Can I combine weight loss treatment with aesthetic procedures?

A:

Yes, and many patients do. For example, a patient on a GLP-1 weight loss program might add HydraFacials for skin maintenance or schedule microneedling with PRP to address skin laxity as they lose weight. We coordinate treatment timelines so your aesthetic procedures complement your weight loss progress.
