Dermal Fillers
Emile Kettle, PA has over 18 years of injection experience and personally performs every Dermal Filler treatment in our office. We use FDA-approved JUVÉDERM fillers to treat the cheeks, lips, nasolabial folds, temples, and marionette lines, restoring volume loss and providing facial lifting. Results are visible immediately, and depending on the product and treatment area, they last from 12 months to over 2 years. If you are ever unsatisfied, fillers can be dissolved.
HydraFacials
cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate your skin in a single 30-minute session with no downtime. We offer three tiers - Signature, Deluxe with a targeted booster, and Platinum with lymphatic massage - so your provider can match the treatment to your specific skin concerns and goals.
Weight Management
at New Horizons is physician-supervised from day one. We start with comprehensive labs (CBC, Chem 14, TSH, A1C, and Lipid panel) and body composition analysis using medical-grade devices, then your provider builds a plan around your health profile. Our programs include our Signature program, hCG protocol, and GLP-1 medication therapy, with regular check-ins and adjustments as you progress. When you reach your goal, we transition you to a maintenance program.
Microneedling
Emile Kettle, PA has completed over 100 Microneedling treatments using the DR. Pen M8S device. Microneedling stimulates your skin's own collagen production to improve texture, reduce fine lines, and minimize acne scars. We also offer combination treatments with PRP for patients who want enhanced results.
Getting to New Horizons from Spring
By Car - Via I-45
From central Spring, take I-45 North toward Conroe. Continue past the Spring Stuebner Road area and take Exit 77 for Research Forest Drive and Tamina Road. Follow to David Memorial Drive, then continue to Pine Forest Drive. Our office is at 150 Pine Forest Drive, Suite 401. The drive takes about 10-15 minutes depending on where you start in Spring.
By Car - Via Kuykendahl Road
From neighborhoods along Kuykendahl Road, head north on Kuykendahl until it meets Research Forest Drive. Turn right on Research Forest Drive heading east toward I-45, then follow signs to Pine Forest Drive and David Memorial Drive. This surface street route avoids the highway and takes about 12-18 minutes.

Emile Kettle, PA is a U.S. Navy veteran who has led New Horizons as Center Director since 2006. With nearly 30 years spanning military medicine and aesthetic care, he personally performs all injectable and aesthetic treatments and takes a conservative approach focused on natural-looking results.
Dr. Jonathan Cheng, MD, PhD
Dr. Jonathan Cheng, MD, PhD is our Medical Director and board-certified radiation oncologist who provides medical oversight for every program and treatment we offer.
