Our Shenandoah office is about 30 minutes east via FM 2920 and I-45, offering nearly two decades of physician-supervised weight loss, cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, and laser treatments. Emile Kettle, PA leads our team as Center Director with nearly 30 years of clinical experience, and Dr. Jonathan Cheng, MD, PhD – a board-certified radiation oncologist – provides medical oversight for every treatment as our Medical Director.

Weight Management
programs at New Horizons are physician-supervised from your first visit. We start with comprehensive labs (CBC, Chem 14, TSH, A1C, and Lipid panel) and body composition analysis using medical-grade devices, then your provider designs a plan that may include nutritional counseling, resistance training guidance to prevent muscle loss and promote toning, appetite suppressants, or GLP-1 medication therapy. When you reach your goal, our team transitions you to a maintenance program to keep the weight off.
IPL Treatment
uses intense pulsed light to target sun damage, dark spots, redness, and uneven skin tone. We use the Spectrum Laser by Rohrer Aesthetics, and Emile Kettle, PA evaluates each patient's skin type to determine the appropriate treatment protocol. Each session takes 20-30 minutes, and most patients see significant improvement after 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.
Botox
Emile Kettle, PA has performed Botox injections for over 18 years and personally administers every treatment in our office. We use the best needles in the industry for patient comfort, and his conservative technique targets frown lines, crow's feet, and forehead creases for natural results. Most patients see results within 2 days to one week, with full effect at about 2 weeks. Results typically last 3 to 4 months, and we treat both men and women.
Laser Therapy
addresses a range of skin concerns including unwanted hair, spider veins, fine lines, acne scarring, pigmented lesions, and sun spots. Emile Kettle, PA evaluates each patient's skin type and concern to select the appropriate laser settings for safe, effective results. Treatment sessions range from a few minutes to an hour depending on the area being treated.
Getting to New Horizons from Tomball
By Car - Via FM 2920
From Tomball, take FM 2920 East toward Spring. FM 2920 runs through town and continues east, crossing SH 249, FM 2978, and the Grand Parkway (SH 99). Continue on FM 2920 until it reaches I-45 in Spring. Take I-45 North and exit at Exit 77 for Research Forest Drive and Tamina Road. Follow to David Memorial Drive, then continue to Pine Forest Drive. Our office is at 150 Pine Forest Drive, Suite 401. Total drive time is approximately 30 minutes.
By Car - Via SH 249 (Tomball Parkway)
Take SH 249 South (Tomball Parkway) to the Grand Parkway (SH 99), then head east to I-45 North. Take Exit 77 and follow signs to Pine Forest Drive. This route takes about 30-35 minutes but may be faster during morning rush hour when FM 2920 is congested.
Free parking is available in our building lot at 150 Pine Forest Drive.

He brings nearly 30 years of experience spanning military medicine and aesthetic care, and personally performs all injectable and aesthetic treatments with a conservative, natural-results approach.

Dr. Jonathan Cheng, MD, PhD oversees all medical programs as our Medical Director and board-certified radiation oncologist, ensuring every treatment meets rigorous clinical safety standards.

For Botox and aesthetic treatments, Emile Kettle, PA takes time to understand the look you want before recommending a plan. For weight loss patients, we run comprehensive labs and a full body composition analysis at that first appointment.
