Telehealth visits at New Horizons Wellness Center & MediSpa are for established patients only. If you are an established patient and meet the criteria for a virtual visit, you can meet with a provider without coming into the office.
Before a telehealth visit, please reach out to the office so our team can coordinate the appointment and confirm that a virtual visit is right for you. Once your visit is scheduled, we will send you a secure link, or you can join using the button below at your appointment time.
