Established patients who meet the criteria can complete a visit with a provider from home. Here is how it works.
Telehealth visits at New Horizons Wellness Center & MediSpa are for established patients only. If you are an established patient and meet the criteria for a virtual visit, you can meet with a provider without coming into the office.
Our providers see telehealth patients who are physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. If you will be outside Texas, please schedule an in-person visit instead.
GLP-1 and other weight-loss programs begin in person at our office, with bloodwork before a medication or dose is chosen. Once you are an established patient, some follow-up visits may take place by telehealth when your provider decides it is appropriate.
Before a telehealth visit, please reach out to the office so our team can coordinate the appointment and confirm that a virtual visit is right for you. Once your visit is scheduled, we will send you a secure link, or you can join using the button below at your appointment time.
