I have been going to NH for a year now. Cannot say enough about their professionalism and care of the patients. Shawn Terry, P.A., is extremely knowledgeable of hormone related issues, and has completely stopped my hot flashes and other menopausal issues. He’s been a lifesaver! I recently saw Raquel (esthetician) for a couple of different services. She is beyond professional, has an amazing personality, makes you feel at ease and explains everything fully. By the time my visit was over, I felt like I’d spent time with a friend. She is phenomenal! All of the staff that I’ve dealt with have been helpful, pleasant and very competent. New Horizon Wellness Center is highly recommended in my book!!

I have been going to this clinic for at three years. Dr. Kettle has always done a superb job and he listens to you when you tell him what you want or what you want to change. Everyone there is amazing and I have always been treated with respect. I appreciate them so much! Another thing is that they never push you to do anything, it is your decision. They give you the information and then it’s up to you.

The staff are very helpful and professional. Shaun is very understanding and goes the distance to explain and give you information to make an informed decision and never talks down to you. New Horizons, so far, has exceeded my expectations. Emile is my Botox go-to. He does a great job and is a pleasure to be around. The staff are super nice too.

I will start by saying I have been a patient of Dr. Kettle since 2016 and I absolutely love him! I have moved around in different areas of Houston and though it is an inconvenient distance I will always make room in my schedule to visit him regardless. I love coming here from Felicia in the front greeting you in such a friendly way, to Jennifer handling any problems with insurance etc. she is so great always nice. Then we have one of my favorite ladies in the office Raquel she recommended what I should use for making my skin/ face look and feel it’s best, she also been there with me with several procedures I can’t say enough about this lady. Then there’s Dr. Kettle he’s on the curve of technology,I recently had a procedure done by him and his team. They really care about your expectations and what you want, they thrive to help you get the end result. The New Horizons Wellness Center is a Excelent wonderful place to have all your needs met from Wellness and health and more. Very nice staff, always knowledgeable on procedures. Mr Kettle is amazing with his Botox, etc., very Experienced with Fillers also, the injectors technique/skill is so important!. Definitely Worth the time to check them out.

Have been seeing Dr E since March and have seen results with weight loss and b12 injections. Everyone is nice and professional. The Dr shows a genuine interest in trying to help you achieve weight loss goals. I really like the body machine that is used at increments of 3 months to see fat loss and labs to compare.

1st time visit and I have to say it’s refreshing when Doctors actually listen to you. Shawn was extremely thorough going over everything and why it was being done or tested for. Next day follow up over the phone (courtesy to me because I live far away) to review lab work which was also a very detailed process on Shawn’s part. Came up with a game plan and started treatment same day! Very happy I made the decision to give NHWC a chance at fixing what other doctors previously got wrong.

New Horizons was recommended to me by a friend a few months ago when I was diagnosed with an Autoimmune disease. She specifically told me about Dr. Kettle and how wonderful he was. I had terrible luck with my primary care physicians and decided to meet with him. From the get go, Dr. Kettle was extremely kind and took the time to explain my disease to me when other doctors had not. He immediately wanted blood tests done and recommended different things I could do in order to manage what was happening. I feel that he has taken an immense load of anxiety and fear away from what I was dealing with just by properly informing me and truly caring about my situation. He’s the best!

Very happy with the staff, attentiveness and the thoroughness in answering questions. If there was any drawback, I needed to wait a while to see the PA after the nurses, but overall my experience was good!
