I've been seeing PA Kettle for various treatments for more than 15 years. His office and staff are always professional, helpful and kind. They seem to work very hard in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment, an upscale med spa experience without the upscale prices. Looking forward to visiting their new location!

Knowledgeable, caring, friendly staff. (PA) E. Kettle is GREAT! 20+ years experience with HRT and compassion for scared, menopausal women with thyroid issues who want help in "as natural as possible" ways. 🙏🏽 I have recommended several people I know. The only thing is they do not take insurance. No insurance covers "women's wellness in regards to HRT." But the benefits of getting/receiving the correct HRT… I would HAPPILY pay out of pocket for Kettle's continued expertise. 😇 Looking forward to my next visit to the new location in Shenandoah. 😌

PHENOMENAL Botox Experience with PA Kettle at New Horizons! I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with PA Kettle, an incredibly experienced Botox injector who completely changed the way I view Botox treatments. I had Botox once years ago, and it was honestly a horrible experience- extremely painful with poor results, including a dropped eyebrow. I was nervous to try again, but after hearing so many raving reviews about PA Kettle, I decided to trust him… and I am SO glad I did. From the moment I sat down, he took his time, explained everything, and provided thorough education. His bedside manner is unmatched! His injections were unbelievably gentle, truly no pain, and the entire experience was calm, professional, and beyond reassuring. I genuinely could not have asked for a better injector nor do I think I will ever allow anyone other than him touch my face again! Lol If you're looking for expert technique, thoughtful care, and truly amazing results, PA Kettle at New Horizons is the ONLY person I'll trust with my face from now on! I'm on the Semaglutide shots and they are great. Dr Kettle and his staff are amazing and explain everything to you. He also does In Body Scans every three months to make sure you aren't losing muscle. I highly recommend coming to New Horizon Wellness Center for all your weight loss needs.

I was nervous about trying a medical weight loss program, but from the very first consultation I felt completely safe. PA Kettle spent so much time walking me through the process and Dr. Cheng explained how the program is supervised medically. Three months later, I've lost 25 pounds in a healthy, steady way. More importantly, I feel like myself again. I have more energy, my confidence is back, and I finally believe this change will last.

Great experience! Very personable whilst maintaining professionalism! Experienced members of staff. I had Botox and lip flip and got great results. Also lip filler.
