I LOVE NHWC and the service I get from Mr Kettle. He’s really the best for Botox!! I recommend him to everyone. I have noticed wait times are getting a little longer but it’s worth it for the service I get. If it wasn’t that, I would give 5 stars!

With med spas being almost on every corner, there’s a comfort in visiting the team at New Horizons. They are always professional, caring, and informative. As a client, you want to feel heard and the staff take their time to explain in great (understanding) detail how products or procedures work.

I have been going to New Horizons since Oct. 2014. Since that date I have lost 40 pounds and counting. It has been an awesome experience. Mr. Terry is wonderful, he is very kind and never too busy to answer your questions or concerns. The end to end experience is based upon customer satisfaction. You are promptly greeted by Felecia at the desk. She captured your temp. as well as status update of the provider. A Medical Asst. obtains vitals in a sanitized fashion. The bp has a plastic bag to ensure all measures to safeguard your health. The providers are second to none. Shawn and Emile have been overseeing my health for years. I trust them as medical advisors as they partner with me for my overall health and beauty. The Office Manager Jennifer is available to assist the staff, the providers and the patients. She is genuine and cares. She works to make sure there is alignment in staff education and training. She is an active manager and is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and engage.

I have been a patient for years. Dr. Kettle has helped me achieve my various goals from weight management to hormone therapy to obtaining youthful skin. When it comes to cosmetic procedures such as Botox or fillers, he is an artist and a perfectionist. I completely trust him. A compliment to Dr. Kettle is his Aesthetician, Raquel. She is an expert in various skin conditions such as brown spots, acne scars and loose skin, to name few. She hears your goals and recommends the best non-surgical procedure(s) and product(s) to achieve your desired look.

During my initial visit, I was thoroughly impressed with the establishment. Clarissa, the esthetician who performed my facial, demonstrated exceptional expertise and provided remarkable service.

I have been coming here for years now. Dr Kettle is amazing and all the ladies here are exceptionally courteous. One thing disturbed me the other day when I went in- I was asked for my vaccination card. This is apparently a management decision. Having the jab doesn’t mean you don’t carry and can’t transmit the virus. Please be consistent and if you want to require masks ok, but asking for someone’s “papers” isn’t right. It also defies common sense to imply that people with the jab can’t infect others.

I have been going to New Horizons for a long time now. I like the way Dr. Kettle has patience to listen to his patients when it comes to his patients health questions or concerns. His office manager and office staff are very friendly.

New Horizon has a professional staff with very educated doctors that specialize in weight managment. I followed their guidance and have dropped 4 pant sizes. Their team is very positive. New Horizon can give you the tools you need to be successful in your weight loss journey. I would recommend them to anyone trying to get that beach body 2022.

Very nice people that work there but in my 10 or so visits I have NEVER seen a real Doctor, I’m sure there is one affiliated with it but don’t know who it is. “Dr. Kettle” is NOT a Doctor, when I called him Dr. Kettle he corrected me and said he was not a Doctor. Also, I’ve recently changed to Athena Wellness because they have email specials and the price I’ve paid for the Lipoplex shot there have been almost half of what I paid here at New Horizons. And, gasp, I actually visited with the Doctor my very first visit! I’ve just decided that I am not spending my money on a place that doesn’t think enough of their patients to have the Dcotor visit with them at least once in the beginning of the relationship. That is why I’ve stopped using the Tomball medical system, you rarely if ever see a real Doctor with them either.

Mr Kettle is always so nice and explains everything and uses best practices. His assistant Claudia is so sweet!

I can’t even explained how much success I’ve had over the past 8 years with this clinic. I’ve tried others but never felt that I was given the time I needed to succeed. I’ve tried HCG an weight management with Adipex and have had great success. New horizons wellness center has been part of my health care program since 2007. From weight loss programs which helped me lose the necessary weight I gained over my adult life and have maintained since. To facial rejuvenation with beautiful results. This is my go to doctor for health check ups, the place I go when I’m not feeling well and well, and hormone treatment. I have those drs, you know the endocrinologist and the rheumatologist and others but no one does thorough-complete body study, testing, explanation of results with the best suggestions tailored for my body then periodic follow up as Emille Kettle and his team consistently provided over the years. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly, and it’s easy to get an appointment time. Love that they have an incentive program to earn back some cash.
